To keep your brain active all day long, breakfast is very
important. Don’t try to avoid your breakfast to decrease your weight. It may kill
you rather than decreasing your weight. Let us know what should be in our
breakfast -
Egg:
The egg is called superfood. Eggs contain plenty of vitamins and minerals. It is the best source of your protein and the number of calories is very high. An adult should eat two eggs in the morning. But those who are a little healthy, it is better to avoid egg yolk. You can take your breakfast with boiled egg or egg omelette.
Vegetable hodgepodge:
In your breakfast, those who are accustomed to eating rice
can eat hodgepodge instead of rice. But the menu must be vegetables hodgepodge.
Reduce the amount of rice and increase the amount of vegetable to cook your breakfast,
vegetables hodgepodge. With your heavy breakfast you will get high nourishment in
body.
Flour bread:
Flour bread is a good meal for breakfast. Especially those
who like heavy food. The bread is good enough to provide energy to your body
which will keep the whole day fresh. But yes, of course, stay away from the
frying pan.
Fruits:
Fruits are the best food for breakfast. It is good to have
breakfast in the morning with fruits like bananas, oranges, grapes etc. If you like
salad and want to take in your breakfast, make it with fruits you like most.
Yogurt:
Many people do not want to start the day with yogurt. But
curd is a very effective diet for the body and it contains plenty of calcium
which helps strengthen your bones. If you start eating yogurt, your body will
have an endless energy throughout the day. So, keep aside the fruits as well.
